As a researcher, I deepen the understanding of life and of the human being by continuously exploring their possibilities of balance for healthy living, sustainability and integral well-being – body, mind and environment.
As a practitioner of several Western and Oriental arts of harmonization, I am trained and experienced in therapy and personal development.
I am graduated in Advanced Kinesiology by the School of Advanced Kinesiology and in Applied Kinesiology (Holistic) by the Portuguese Institute of Naturology, in Portugal.
I also have training in Access Bars (Access Consciousness), Qi Gong (UHT) and Feng Shui.
